摘要: 2 " synthetic cannabinoids ● cannabis harms ranking Abstract ! Among the new psychoactive substances (NPS), most frequently (SCBs) have been found in Europe. These are sold as ac- tive compounds e.g. so-called "herbal blends". When inhaled or ingested, besides intoxication symptoms, they occur with heavy use (e.g., tachycardia, myocardial infarction, con- fusion, hallucinations, panic attacks, and para- noia), harmful effects (severe agitation, coma, catatonic stupor, hypertension, cardiac arrhyth- mia, dyspnoea, seizures, myoclonus, rhabdomyo- lysis, hyperthermia, diaphoresis, acute kidney in- jury, vomiting, headache, hypokalemia) arise, which mostly unusual about use. In addition, first cases of addiction death related to SCBs reported. Taking into account newest literature using an algo- rithm two main criteria (addiction potential, toxicity), authors made a attempt rank personal health hazard comparison that other drugs. Accordingly, relative is be somewhat higher than lower cathinones ("bath salts"). However, toxicity SCBs, significantly greater cannabis, thus being similar benzo- diazepines. The potential appears cathinones, diazepines, cannabis. Due fluctuation availability internet resour- ces, legislation facing serious "hare-hedge- hog" problem control manufacture, trade possession SCBs.
