摘要: Abstract Recently, synthetic cannabinoids originally designed for testing in the laboratory only have found use recreationally designer herbal blends, called “Spice”. The myriad of compounds are most part potent full agonists cannabinoid receptor 1, producing effects similar to tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and marijuana. Drug discrimination these offers a specific behavioral test that can help determine whether new share “subjective high” with marijuana/THC. By utilization drug other techniques, better understanding “designer” may be reached assist treating both acute chronic drugs. paper provides brief expose modern research as backdrop recreational blend cannabimimetics.
