摘要: This study is the first to investigate contamination of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans (PCDD/Fs) on surface soils in vicinity hazardous waste incinerator Turkey. In study, 24 soil samples were taken from a 1625-m-radius circle whose center stack incinerator. process was repeated 1 year later. Since acquired average PCDD/F concentrations two sampling campaigns (0.05 0.02 ng WHO-toxic equivalent (TEQ)/kg) meaningfully low compared related literatures, new campaign carried out control this inconsistency, but time foreign laboratory (0.56 ng WHO-TEQ/kg). same period, eight gas under different operational conditions facility. According evaluations findings, geographical-meteorological data area specific facility corroborate second samplings rather than third one. The major underlying reason for inconsistency may be fact that analysis procedures used by laboratories are different. author suggests hypothesis which argues have significantly lower concentration levels literatures.
