Enhanced Circular Dichroism and Phase Separation of Azobenzene-Containing Chiral Bilayer

摘要: An azobenzene-containing chiral amphiphile showed a drastic enhancement of circular dichroism (CD) due to formation the rigid bilayer assembly. The CD change was caused by phase transition matrix in case mixed bilayers with dihexadecyldimethylammonium bromide, but component single bilayer. Both and absorption spectra were used for detecting separation membranes. It pointed out that technique is widely applicable studies.
