摘要: Novel scaffolds are of uttermost importance for the discovery functional material. Three different heterocyclic easily accessible from isocyanoacetaldehyde dimethylacetal 1 by multicomponent reaction (MCR) described. They can be efficiently synthesized a Ugi tetrazole 1. We discuss synthesis, 3D structures, and other physicochemical properties.
