摘要: An efficient, mild and multicomponent synthesis of novel heterocyclic compounds possessing the pyrrolo[2,3-c]pyridone backbone was achieved using Ugi four-component reaction post-condensation adduct. This method offers many advantages, such as an easy handling procedure, atom economy, short time, a huge molecular library that can be synthesized by changing substituents on four independent starting materials. methodology also successfully employed for electron deficient anilines phenyl glyoxylic acids having CF3 group. All products were characterized NMR (1H 13C) spectroscopy FAB mass spectrometry. Product 6g further X-ray diffraction analysis.
