A systematic review of the impact of mindfulness on the well-being of healthcare professionals.

摘要: Objectives: Among efforts to improve the wellbeing of healthcare professionals are initiatives based around mindfulness meditation. To understand value such initiatives, we conducted a systematic review empirical studies pertaining in professionals. Design: Databases were reviewed from start records January 2016. Eligibility criteria included analyses and outcomes acquired relation practice. 81 papers met eligibility criteria, consisting total 3,805 participants. Studies principally examined for as burnout, distress, anxiety, depression stress. Results: Mindfulness was generally associated with positive most measures (although results more equivocal respect some outcomes, notably burnout). Conclusion: Overall, does appear professionals. However, quality inconsistent, so further research is needed, particularly high-quality randomised control trials.
