摘要: ABSTRACTThe view that learning is central to well-being widely held and the workplace an important setting in which takes place. Evaluations of effectiveness interventions work settings are commonplace, but date, there has been no systematic review with regard their impact on well-being. The synthesizes evidence from 41 intervention studies, although studies report a negative well-being, 14 show effect 27 having positive impact.
