摘要: In situ (Al3Ti + Al2O3)/Al composites were fabricated in an Al-TiO2 system by the combination of hot pressing (HP) and friction-stir processing (FSP). The effects HP FSP parameters on microstructures mechanical properties studied. reaction extent increased with increasing temperature holding time HP. Subsequent not only induced reaction, resulting formation nanosized Al3Ti Al2O3, but also rounded polygonal particles formed during tensile strength sample which took place completely was lower than that samples hardly or partly For HP, volume fraction reinforcing decreasing traverse speed, increase samples. At a speed 25 mm/min, rotation rate from 1000 to 2000 rpm produced little influence composites. Additional 2-pass water refined matrix grains, significant strength.
