摘要: The last few decades have demonstrated an increased concern for the occurrence of natural disasters and their consequences leaders organizations around world. EMDAT International Disaster Database [1] statistics show that, in century, mortality risk associated with major weather-related hazards has declined globally, but there been a rapid increase exposure economic assets to hazards.
