摘要: Global environmental change includes changes in a wide range of global scale phenomena, which are expected to affect number physical processes, as well the vulnerability communities that will experience their impact. Decision-makers need tools enable them assess loss such processes under different future scenarios and design risk reduction strategies. In this paper, tool is presented can be used by end-users (e.g. local authorities, decision makers, etc.) for assessment monetary from landslide events, with particular focus on torrential processes. The toolbox three functions: a) enhancement post-event damage data collection process, b) events c) continuous updating improvement an existing curve adding recent events. All functions demonstrated through examples its application. We developed support making disaster strategies mountain areas. The incorporates documentation, estimation curve. The was applied tested South Tyrol, Italy.Future developments (more elements at risks hazards, uncertainty analysis, mobile applications) have been pointed out.
