摘要: Abstract DNA methylation plays an important role in controlling gene-expression programs. Increasing evidence indicates that the enzyme responsible for replicating pattern, methyltransferase 1 (DNMT1), has a cancer. In this article, it is suggested DNMT1 multifunctional protein regulatory activities addition to activity. These functions are assembled into one ensure coordinate replication of and its pattern. The proposed be involved cellular transformation should, theore, serve as targets novel anti-cancer agents.
