摘要: We present the case of a 26 year old male patient, with subacute compromise muscle strength in his lower limbs and urinary retention. The presence an intramedullary tuberculoma was documented. patient received corticosteroids anti-tuberculous therapy, total resolution symptoms. A short literature review is also included.
