摘要: Abstract Study design We report a case of intra-medullary tuberculoma in 22year-old man with progressive paraparesis and sphincter dysfunction. Objectives To present tuberculosis to describe the MRI's contribution diagnosis. Summary background data Intra-medullary spinal is rare form central nervous system tuberculosis. Histological examination revealed granulomatous necrosis caseum. patient treated four anti-tuberculosis drugs association corticotherapy. dysfunction improved. Conclusions rare, but must be considered differential compression.
