摘要: Rationale: Uteroglobin-related protein (UGRP) 1, which is highly expressed in the epithelial cells of airways, has been suggested to play a role lung inflammation.Objectives: The aim study was understand effect overexpressed UGRP1 on inflammation mouse model allergic airway inflammation.Methods: Ovalbumin-sensitized and -challenged mice, for inflammation, were used conjunction with recombinant adenovirus expressing UGRP1.Measurements Main Results: We demonstrated that intranasal administration adeno-UGRP1 successfully delivered airways markedly reduced number infiltrating inflammatory cells, particularly eosinophils, tissue as well level proinflammatory cytokines such interleukin (IL)-4, IL-5, IL-13 bronchoalveolar lavage fluids. healed phase clearly seen peripheral areas adeno-UGRP1–treated lungs.Conclusion: These results demons...
