摘要: Abstract Isoniazid is an important antibiotic, which widely used to treat tuberculosis. This study presents a colorimetric method for the determination of based on localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) property gold nanoparticles. An LSPR band produced by reducing ions in solution using as agent. Influences following relevant variables were examined and optimized experiment, formation time nanoparticles, pH, buffer stabilizer. These tests demonstrated that under optimum conditions absorbance Au nanoparticles at 530 nm related linearly concentration range 1.0–8.0 μg mL−1 with detection limit 0.98 μg mL−1. has been successfully applied determine tablets spiked serum samples. The proposed assay exhibits good reproducibility accuracy, providing simple rapid analysis Isoniazid.
