摘要: Abstract Fluorine doped tin oxide electrodes modified with nanostructured alpha nickel hydroxide, cobalt oxi-hydroxide and mixed nickel/cobalt hydroxide were evaluated for determining isoniazid concentration by cyclic voltammetry (CV) batch injection analyses (BIA) associated amperometric detection. The different contents showed distinct features regarding oxidation potential current magnitude. containing 25% presented about 3- 7.5-fold greater sensitivity as sensors than pure Ni(OH)2 electrodes, respectively CV BIA assays. This characteristic high stability reproducibility ensured detection limits low 1.37 × 10−7, 5.19 × 10−8 4.94 × 10−8 mol L−1 Ni-100, Ni-75 Ni-50 respectively, well a throughput (about 400 h−1). resulting are promising other applications, once presents elevated the additional advantage of allow researcher choose best working potential, just varying constitution modifier film.
