摘要: The electrical and optical properties of discontinuous semi-continuous gold films evaporated on to dielectric substrates in a high vacuum have been measured. the were characterized by DC conductivity temperature coefficient resistance: reflectance transmittance at near-infrared wavelengths considered. Special attention was given vicinity percolation threshold.
