摘要: We investigate the effect of temperature tuning on deposition gold films onto sapphire. Transparent conductive with roughness as low 0.4 A rms at 10 nm thickness allow STM imaging aerosol-deposited carbon nanotubes. Monte Carlo lattice model explains experimentally observed surface-roughening trends and shows that interplay deposition-induced kinetic roughening thermal annealing can be optimized. Intrinsic surface (e.g., stepping), previously postulated to play a role in film roughness, is not found important.
