摘要: A sunlight irradiation strategy was devel- oped for the synthesis of concave gold nanoplates in presence polydiallyldimethylammonium chlo- ride (PDDA) as capping agent. Apart from role stabilizer, PDDA plays a shape directing agent well an oxidative etchant conjunction with dissolved oxygen. The edge length determined to be about 15 lm, and atomic force microscopy investigations proved that are concave, thickness at centre being 10 nm. X-ray diffraction studies selected area electron confirmed bound by {111} plane. were also characterized energy-dispersive analysis photo- spectroscopy.
