摘要: Metal oxide materials have been applied in different fields due to their excellent functional properties. oxides nanostructuration, preparation with the various morphologies, and coupling other structures enhance unique properties of open new perspectives for application food industry. Chemical gas sensors that are based on semiconducting metal can detect presence toxins volatile organic compounds produced products spoilage hazardous processes may take place during aging transportation. nanomaterials be used processing, packaging, preservation industry as well. Moreover, oxide-based nanocomposite provide many advantageous features final packaging material, such antimicrobial activity, enzyme immobilization, oxygen scavenging, mechanical strength, increasing stability shelf life food, securing against humidity, temperature, physiological factors. In this paper, we review most recent achievements synthesis nanostructures applications quality monitoring active intelligent packaging.
