摘要: Abstract In this work we report about the synthesis and gas sensing properties of large surface area stable biphase titania nanotubes. The nanosized tubular structures have been obtained by means electrochemical anodization thin Nb–Ti metallic films. Crystallization was accomplished thermal annealing, to obtain titania. morphological analysis shows that are well-ordered highly aligned Investigations structures’ show they high reversible response towards H2, CO, acetone ethanol over a wide range operating temperatures.
