摘要: Abstract An effective probiotic must comply with criteria, which determines its effect. The aim of this work was to isolate lactic acid bacteria (LAB) from the intestinal content rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss), subsequently potentially used as probiotics in order improve health status fish during farming. Selection criteria were obtain suitable candidates for aquaculture salmonid. A total 6 isolated intestines belonging genus Lactobacillus included study, and encompassed following species: L. plantarum (n = 3), fermentum (n = 2), brevis (n = 1). Antimicrobial susceptibility test has been performed on basis Guidance assessment bacterial antimicrobials human veterinary importance by EFSA. Sensitivity or intrinsic resistance LAB a recommended set antibiotics make them safe use aquaculture. All six autochthonous isolates showed antagonistic activity against both salmonid pathogens Aeromonas salmonicida subsp. CCM 1307 Yersinia ruckeri 6093. Determined vitro survival conditions gastrointestinal tract trout, taking into account previous results, two - (R2) (R3), highest level tolerance different pH values, bile, temperature, best growth properties, selected probiotics. These strains have sent Czech Collection Microorganisms (CCM) Masaryk University Brno purposes Patent Procedure under Budapest Treaty.
