摘要: We describe the results from a protein-based approach to study of heterogeneity in gene expression between human tumors. Cell preparations 5 benign breast lesions, potentially weakly malignant and 4 highly invasive ductal carcinomas were examined by 2-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE) gels. Qualitative quantitative differences recorded computerized analysis. Analysis samples different areas same tumor showed high degree similarity pattern polypeptide expression. 2 tumors their metastases revealed similar 2-DE profiles. In contrast, variations lesions with comparable histological characteristics considerable. Greater observed compared comparisons less lesions. Our show that may be heterogeneous patterns
