摘要: Plants are surrounded by a plethora of microorganisms, including fungal strains. Fungi associated with plants known to exert their beneficial effects helping them in absorption water and nutrients protecting against harmful microorganisms. Protective effect is generally mediated performing antagonistic action on pathogens pests. However, along direct effects, they have been shown trigger defense responses various pathogenic species, members bacterial, viral groups. This type resistance mechanism triggered nonpathogenic microorganisms termed as induced systemic (ISR) has observed several strains fungi. Some the important found induce ISR crop include mycorrhiza, Trichoderma sp., Penicillium Fusarium Phoma etc. They via multiple signaling pathways involving salicylic acid, jasmonic acid or ethylene. Candidate molecules, also elicitors, recently identified, particularly from sp. protect pathogens. Thus, respect role ISR, this chapter highlights potential controlling plant diseases.
