摘要: Plants are invaded by a large number of pathogens and they resist pathogen attacks with preformed defenses inducing defense responses. Nature is bestowed many biocontrol agents including plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) Trichoderma species. PGPR colonise the rhizosphere regulate responses in plants via an induced systemic resistance (ISR) and/or acquired (SAR), increase availability nutrients to plants, produce hormones, suppress phytopathogens, release volatile compounds, secrete antimicrobial metabolites decrease phytotoxic microbial communities rhizosphere. harzianum controls phytopathogenic fungi secreting cell wall-degrading enzymes, antibiosis stimulating their own anti-microbial compounds. Though genome sequencing has already been done for some symbiotic bacteria, five only established recently. Agrobacterium radiobacter K84 four strains Pseudomonas fluorescens, Pf0-1, Pf-5, Q8r1 SBW-25, being sequenced. The utilization proteomics explore mechanisms disease management stage infancy. It potential revolutionize way research conducted on mechanisms. interaction between agent, phytopathogen brings significant changes proteome metabolism. Recently, globular organellar approaches have employed study after treating agent. In addition agents, studies against fungal, bacterial viral also discussed.
