摘要: The Chemistry Discipline Network has recently completed two distinct mapping exercises. first is a snapshot of chemistry taught at 12 institutions around Australia in 2011. There were many similarities but also important differences the content and assessed different institutions. significant delivery, particularly laboratory contact hours, as well forms weightings assessment. second exercise mapped degrees three to Threshold Learning Outcomes for chemistry. Importantly, some TLOs addressed by multiple units all institutions, while others not met, or met an introductory level only. exposed challenges using currently written.
