摘要: Despite extensive clinical and experimental studies, the pathophysiology of acute pancreatitis is still poorly understood. Although in 80% patients associated with biliary tract disease alcohol abuse, precise mechanisms induction progression pancreatic injury remain uncertain. There evidence that intrapancreatic activation digestive enzymes, subsequent “autodigestion”, common underlying pathological process for damage to pancreas [4]. However, one major mysteries this remains unanswered, is, how where, within pancreas, do enzymes become activated during pancreatitis? We are looking trigger mechanism pancreatitis. In addition, we not know whether cardiac, pulmonary, renal complications caused by circulating enzymes. Alternatively, these might be toxic substances released from inflamed or merely a nonspecific response different organs severe intraabdominal inflammation.
