摘要: Abstract The ‘secretory pathway’ of the Mehlis' gland secretion as well maturation secretory granules are described. secretions produced by and distal ootype in Schistosoma mansoni were identified neutral glycoproteins. They both periodate reactive, stained with phosphotungstic acid at low pH, sensitive to proteolytic action papain. did not strain low-iron diamine high-iron methods for presence acidic glycoconjugates, they contain a detectable level sulphydryl groups. possible role from egg-shell formation is discussed.
