Data regarding underlying immunologic abnormalities these patients is scant. This study reports pregnancy outcome and changes observed a large group RSA associated well-defined alloimmune autoimmune treated IVIG. METHODS: Thirty-five three or more miscarriages were studied. None had identifiable response to paternal lymphocytes. Twenty-four anti-thyroid antibodies, ten high levels circulating immune complexes, six anti-cardiolipin antibodies. Five Hashimoto's disease, one thrombocytopenic purpura, Crohn's disease. Twenty-three than abnormality. All received IVIG infusions (200–250 mg/kg) every 3 weeks during first 8 months pregnancy. RESULTS: Twenty-eight (80%) successful pregnancy. Decrease level autoantibodies complexes was all who Only developed measurable antigens. CONCLUSIONS: preliminary suggests that may be benefit loss combined abnormalities. seen spite lack detectable correction abnormality majority patients.
