摘要: PROBLEM: Several studies have evaluated the effect of intravenous gammaglobulin (IVIG) in women with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortions (RSA). Data regarding underlying immunologic abnormalities these patients is scant. This study reports pregnancy outcome and changes observed a large group RSA associated well-defined alloimmune autoimmune treated IVIG. METHODS: Thirty-five three or more miscarriages were studied. None had identifiable response to paternal lymphocytes. Twenty-four anti-thyroid antibodies, ten high levels circulating immune complexes, six anti-cardiolipin antibodies. Five Hashimoto's disease, one thrombocytopenic purpura, Crohn's disease. Twenty-three than abnormality. All received IVIG infusions (200–250 mg/kg) every 3 weeks during first 8 months pregnancy. RESULTS: Twenty-eight (80%) successful pregnancy. Decrease level autoantibodies complexes was all who Only developed measurable antigens. CONCLUSIONS: preliminary suggests that may be benefit loss combined abnormalities. seen spite lack detectable correction abnormality majority patients.
