Lupus anticoagulant in women with multiple spontaneous miscarriage.

摘要: A link between the presence of lupus anticoagulant (LA) and recurrent spontaneous miscarriage exists; however, incidence LA in patients with unexplained is unknown. We have therefore investigated women but without evidence systemic erythematosus or other syndromes known to predispose towards abortion. Plasma from 29 such was obtained tested activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), testing for correction normal plasma if prolonged dilute simplastin test (DSTT), again mixing prolonged. Using a prolongation either/or both tests which not corrected by as criteria LA, 14 (48%) showed LA. Substitution platelet-rich phospholipid APTT clotting every patient (9/29) it prolonged, further substantiating suggest that should be any miscarriage.
