摘要: A structure of polyurethane micelle/Ag nanoparticle (Ag NP) cluster was fabricated as surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrate for in situ extracting organic compounds on the surface different matrixes, which micelles acted host material to capture target molecules and stabilize cluster. This method provided stable aqueous suspensions Ag NP due amphiphilic properties polyurethane. We demonstrated SERS-based detection pesticides vegetables fruit skin, by simply dropping NPs sample where could be detected without a previous elution extracting. The obtained results showed that this had excellent SERS performance pesticide with ideal stability reproducibility. With further optimization, limit 0.03 μg/mL acetamiprid, 0.08 μg/mL phosmet, 0.002 μg/mL thiabendazole obtained, respectively.
