摘要: Using the method of Henkel and Taylor (11, 18) 60 Escherichia coli K12 J53 strains carrying R-plasmids 15 incompatibility groups (FI, FIme, FII, FIV, FV, FVI, Iα, Iγ Iω, I5, B, C, K, M, S) have been tested with respect to their serumsensitivity in pooled human serum. We found for 41 plasmid a grade resistance serum bactericidal activity 0, 19 1, 2 or 3 according Henkel. Applaying results tests same could all graded category 1.
