摘要: Resistance to the complement-dependent bactericidal activity of normal human serum is found in nearly all Neisseria gonorrhoeae strains causing disseminated gonococcal infection. Transformation serum-sensitive strain NRL 7189 resistance using deoxyribonucleic acid from three separate disseminated-infection gonococci was accompanied by simultaneous structural and antigenic changes principal outer-membrane protein (POMP) transformants. In each 10 transformations, there a reduction subunit molecular weight POMP that recipient (39,000) donors (36,500). Also, instance type, as measured enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, converted an type common DGI donor strain. This conversion antigen reflected part surface fluorescence transformed microimmunofluorescence pattern strains. These results suggested related possession characteristic antigenicity. Images
