摘要: Understanding how the immune response is activated and amplified requires detailed knowledge of stages in formation immunological synapse (IS) between T lymphocytes antigen-presenting cells (APCs). We show that tetraspanins CD9 CD151 congregate at T-cell side IS. Silencing or blunts IL-2 secretion expression activation marker CD69 by APC-conjugated lymphocytes, but does not affect accumulation CD3 actin to IS, translocation microtubule-organizing center toward T-B contact area. silencing diminishes relocalization α4β1 integrin IS reduces high-affinity β1 integrins cell-cell contact. These changes are accompanied diminished phosphorylation downstream targets FAK ERK1/2. Our results suggest support integrin-mediated signaling
