摘要: We describe six patients with aggressive granulomatous lesions around cementless total hip prostheses. Two previously had a cemented prosthesis in the same hip. The Lord was used five patients, PCA one. Both prostheses were made of chrome-cobalt alloy. Pain on weight-bearing occurred average 3.2 years after arthroplasty, and at that time radiography revealed granulomatosis proximal femoral stem acetabular component patients; one large solitary granuloma femur. Revision performed 4.8 arthroplasty. At all granulomas grown size; while waiting for revision operation, two components fractured. All showed uniform histopathology, which included histiocytosis; cause these thought to be plastic debris from socket.
