摘要: A diagnosis of multiple myeloma was made in a 77-year-old man based on the presence focal periprosthetic osteolytic lesions surrounding noncemented femoral component. The radiographic appearance these remarkably similar to that seen around stable prosthetic components resulting from localized accumulation particulate debris. Multiple should be included differential components.
