摘要: Abstract Impact diamonds (IDs) from the Popigai crater are aggregates of nanoparticulate graphite and cubic hexagonal diamonds. IDs demonstrate broad-band emissions at 3.05, 2.8, 2.3 2.0 eV, which associated with structural defects similar to those in detonation ultra-dispersed CVD diamond films. A doublet components 1.7856 1.7892 eV some ID samples is related R 1,2 lines Cr 3 + ions corundum inclusions. The presence N3, H3, NV 0 − vibronic systems shows that (i) there nitrogen impurity (ii) underwent high temperature annealing promoted vacancies diffusion defect aggregation. luminescence decay fits a sum two exponential components: lifetime fast one 5 9 ns range. Parameters traps responsible for broad thermoluminescence peaks 148, 180, 276 383 K were estimated.
