摘要: The effects of Tip-Edge plus appliance in the treatment Angle II(1) malocclusion and mechanism were investigated. Fifty-two children, aged from 12.3-14.2 years, with mandibular retrusion permanent dentition selected treated appliance. Lateral cephalometric films taken before after analyzed. arithmetic mean standard deviation calculated for each variable. Paired t-test was performed to evaluate significant change. Results showed that average time 16 months. Normal overjet overbite established retroclination upper incisors proclination lower incisors. U1-NA decreased by 15.4° (P<0.01). ANB Y axial angle significantly (P<0.05). Soft tissue measurements FCA UL-E dramatically (P<0.05), LL-E increased Remarkable soft change noted convex facial profile changed straight profile. In conclusion, technique can quickly efficiently correct anterior bite lateral outlook.
