摘要: Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIP) for histamine using methacrylic acid were developed and recognition mechanisms thoroughly characterized the first time in this study. The binding affinity of polymer with structurally related compounds was studied organic aqueous media, at various conditions. In MIP found to bind two six times more than ranitidine fluoxetine, respectively, whereas higher selectivity observed case dimentidene or disodium cromoglycate. specific sites recognized over l-histidine conditions, while compared ranitidine, cromoglycate, putrescine a analogue observed. A combination NMR UV spectroscopy analyses investigation imprinting properties revealed that strong interactions between functional monomer prepolymerization solutions probably responsible recognition. preparation MIPs elucidation mechanism may serve as useful insight future application MIPs.
