摘要: Specific molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) for the drug reserpine (RES) using methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomer were developed and characterised first time in this study. Evaluation of various by binding assays indicated that optimum ratio to template was 4:1. Furthermore, imprinting effect MIPs assessed chromatographic method, which demonstrated had better behavior selectivity than those corresponding NIPs. A combination BET, NMR, UV spectroscopy, MISPE analyses investigation recognition properties revealed strong specific interactions between RES prepolymerization solutions aqueous probably responsible recognition. The preparation elucidation mechanisms may serve useful references other MIPs.
