摘要: In certain polytherapy programs, ketoconazole can be administered with some antacids that could modify its dissolution rate and reduce absorption leading to therapeutic failures. The aim of this work was evaluate the influence excipients on interaction in vitro. way, six formulations directly compressible tablets were developed. results confirmed significantly reduced presence antacids. Nevertheless remarkably avoided checked conditions. inclusion a disintegrant (sodium starch glycolate) not only increased tablets, as expected, but it also modified degree which decreased It proved suitable selection therefore modification drug released, play an important role pharmacokinetic based reduction solubility function pH value medium.
