摘要: Matrix systems with a local antacid effect were produced in this study. Aluminium hydroxide and magnesium trisilicate constant concentrations used as active agents. Eudragit® E PO was applied matrix former sodium bicarbonate disintegrant (third component), different ratios. Their effects on the properties of tablets studied. Such formulated must be insoluble if pH stomach is less acidic, but rapid disintegration occur necessary. It can concluded that appropriate composition ensure pH-dependent disintegration.
