摘要: Acinetobacter baumannii is a pathogen that becoming increasingly important and causes serious hospital-acquired infections. We sequenced the genome of A. NCTC 13423, multidrug-resistant strain belonging to international clone II group, isolated from human infection in United Kingdom 2003. The 3,937,944 bp draft has GC-content 39.0 % total 3672 predicted protein-coding sequences. availability sequences isolates will fuel comparative genomic studies help understand worrying spread multidrug resistance this pathogen.
