摘要: A method for enzymatically synthesizing a polymer by combining preselected quantity of an enzyme, first reactant selected from polymers with at least one carboxylic acid pendant group, second alcohols, i.e., polyols, in reaction vessel; heating the vessel to temperature; and maintaining temperature time mixing, wherein esterification results group hydroxyl polyol modified polymer.
