摘要: Background: The aim of this study was to comprehensively evaluate electrocardiographic (ECG) findings isolated left ventricular noncompaction (IVNC) patients at initial diagnosis and explore the correlation between them clinical, echocardiographic, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings. Methods: Twenty-three diagnosed with IVNC by echocardiography cardiac MRI January 2006 June 2010 were enrolled in study. examined standard ECG 24-hour Holter ECG. For comparison purpose, ECGs 50 healthy children similar ages demographic characteristics taken. Results: In 87% patients, abnormalities found. most frequently seen hypertrophy, ST-segment depression, negative T wave related abnormal repolarization particularly DII, DIII, V4–6 leads, as well prolonged PR QTc intervals. No features or patterns found that specific disease. contrast adult while no intraventricular conduction defects (particularly bundle brach) any our 13% had considerable bradycardia one required a pacemaker. recordings showed supraventricular tachycardia attacks two short attack one. Patients whose echocardiograms systolic dysfunction dilatation signs hypertrophy abnormality on their ECGs, but there significant difference PR, QRS, intervals. Conclusion: Regardless how are patients’ we think they not unique disease severity cardiomyopathy. Ann Noninvasive Electrocardiol 2011;16(2):184–191
