摘要: Thecal cells are important intraovarian sources of androgens, providing substrate necessary for the synthesis estradiol by granulosa (Armstrong and Dorrington, 1977), However, in addition to progesterone secreted thecal sows (Stoklosowa et al., 1982), cows (McNatty 1984), monkeys (Vernon 1983) humans 1979). Although steroidogenesis is regulated partly circulating levels luteinizing hormone (Baird McNeilly, 1981; Merz Carlson intrafollicular control unclear. As local steroidal nonsteroidal factors can modify cell vitro (Hsueh 1984; Tonetta diZerega, 1986), effects physiological concentrations steroids gonadotropin on cultured porcine were determined.
