摘要: Muscular pain is quite common, but its mechanisms remain poorly understood. A number of experimental muscular models are reviewed herein, with emphasis on delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS). DOMS was selected for more detailed review because factors other than inflammation seem to be involved in clinically common pain, and after lengthening contraction (LC) seems involve such aspects. The discussion the methodology measuring transcutaneous pressure stimulation humans awake animals reviewed; then studies that have shown existence mechanical hyperalgesia model produced by LC elongation hyperalgesic period (for 5 days) aged (130 weeks old) introduced. In addition, response characteristics thin-fiber receptors their roles cardiorespiratory control during exercise reviewed. increased sensitivity discussed. Finally, a future direction research using proposed.
