摘要: To evaluate whether bisphenol A (BPA) modifies the synthesis, composition and/or profile of fatty acids (FAs) in mammary glands perinatally exposed animals, pregnant rats were orally to 0, 0.6 or 52 µg BPA/kg/day from gestation day (GD) 9 until weaning. F1 females bred, and on GD21, lactation 2 (LD2) LD10, obtained. On milk samples collected, FA profiles lipid compositions established. GD21 LD2, BPA exposure delayed alveolar maturation modified synthesis fat globules. gland histo-architecture was restored; however, BPA-exposed dams had a concentration different those control milk. Furthermore, body weight gain BPA52 F2 pups increased compared with animals. Thus, perinatal quality, compromising normal growth offspring.
