摘要: Non-target effects of two varieties Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt)-maize straw (5422Bt1 [event Bt11] and 5422CBCL [MON810]) return on the Eisenia fetida were investigated by using multilevel assessments, compared to near-isogenic non-Bt-maize (5422). 5422Bt1 had no deleterious adult earthworms significantly positive juveniles over three generations. Negative, no, adults treated with observed in 1st, 2nd 3rd generation, respectively. Negative produced from 1st- 2nd-generation straw, Glutathione peroxidase activity Bt-maize treatments was higher than that control 90th d. Translationally controlled tumour protein (TCTP) superoxide dismutase (SOD) genes down-regulated, while annetocin (ANN) expression up-regulated treatments. TCTP SOD up-regulated, ANN heat shock 70 down-regulated E. This study first evaluate generational under laboratory conditions. The responses enzymes may contribute better understand above different 1st generation.
